great central base for exploring heidelberg's treasures
I had an amazing experience with the friendly staff who made sure my stay was comfortable, and the walking distance to popular landmarks like the Church of the Holy Spirit and the vibrant Market Square made my city strolls easily accessible and enjoyable.

I really liked the fact that my kids, ages 7 and 11, could go swimming in the indoor pool and I could relax in the hot tub. It was wonderful and very relaxing during our downtime. My family really enjoyed the full breakfast that consisted of bacon, egges, cereals, hashbrowns, pancakes, sausage, and many many more breakfast items. We liked that the breakfast was included in our room rate. Our room was really nice and had robes and slippers for us to use. We felt very relaxed and truly enjoyed our stay.
The drinks in the lobby bar and pool bar are a bit pricey. A Mai Tai drink that I ordered in the lobby bar cost me a whopping 12 euros. Needless to say, I only ordered one.

Very nice staff.
Whirlpool out of service since 2018... very annoying! Was a major reason for the stay.

Excellent hotel, excellent rooms, fine amenities (especially swimming pool, parking, breakfast). Value for money. It has been a long time since I received such a warm welcome as in this hotel. Old-fashioned good service, the stress of a long busy car ride was immediately gone.
Absolutely no complaints. Small minus: The garage is almost twice as expensive as the public car parks (but I don't really know a hotel where this is not the case).

Beds gigantic and comfortable! breakfast very very very tasty!
Wellness area rather disappointing, whirlpool blocked and pool not as warm as hoped for, a bit outdated, partly construction site flair.

The room was fantastically clean, and I loved the varied breakfast spread-it really set the day off right! Relaxation is easy with the lovely pool area and a great lounge bar to unwind after exploring. The bathroom could use a little updating, but it didn't take away from my overall enjoyment 🌟

Centrally located for our purposes. Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
Breakfast a bit expensive, though a nice choice of food.

The breakfast was very rich and varied. The bed was comfortable. It was only a short walk from the hotel to the shopping mile. There are good shopping facilities and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
That doesn't occur to me.

nice stay but could improve on details
The proximity to the old town made exploring easy. My room was clean and well-maintained. Staff members were genuinely nice and helpful . I appreciated the free upgrade and found the non-alcoholic beverages in the fridge a refreshing touch.
The limited amenities fell short of expectations.

Most of all were excellent. Room interior was fabulous. Receptionists are very kind. Breakfast was very good.
Swimming pool was very small like Japanese hot spring bath. At the front l met many people who wore bathrobe, it seemed fanny like Japanese hot spring. I thought the elevator interchange was something wrong. we had one bathrobe for two persons.

Very friendly, dedicated staff; very extensive breakfast buffet
Some parts are a little outdated, but the way to renewal is visible
